Job Description

A mid-sized Orange County civil litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, enjoys taking ownership of cases, and works closely with experienced trial attorneys handling complex and interesting matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Manage litigation files from inception through trial.

  • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, and correspondence.

  • Procedural Coordination: Coordinate depositions, mediations, inspections, and expert discovery.

  • Trial Support: Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial logistics.

  • Calendar & Deadline Management: Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines.

  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in personal injury defense, premises liability defense, and/or general liability litigation.

  • Strong knowledge of California state court procedures and deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently.

  • Professional, team-oriented attitude.

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program
